Returns/Exchanges

Online Exchanges
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and untarnished.
  • Merchandise must have all boxes and printed materials.
  • Custom sized merchandise cannot be exchanged.
  • Any merchandise marked "Sale" can only be exchanged.
  • Email info@saradesigns.net for an RMA # and follow the directions in “Return Shipping” section. This is available for equal value merchandise, or higher priced merchandise that will not require a store credit or partial refund.

Online Return Policy (USA)

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and untarnished.
  • Merchandise must have all boxes and printed materials.
  • Custom sized merchandise cannot be returned. 
  • Any merchandise marked "Sale" can only be exchanged. 
  • Returns for exchanges will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Email info@saradesigns.net for an RMA # and follow the directions in “Return Shipping” section.

 Online Return Shipping (USA)

  1. Email info@saradesigns.net with your order # to let us know your purchase is on its way back.
  2. Ship your purchase back to 228 E 85Th St # 11C, New York, NY 10028. We suggest using a service that includes tracking.
  3. Inside your package, please include your name, telephone #, email address, mailing address, and RMA #.
  4. Choose an exchange or return for a refund. Please note, exchanges will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a restocking fee of 20%, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Please email us tracking information, so we know when to expect your package.

Online International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 10 days from the day you received your package. Please write your RMA # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Holiday Pop-Up Shop Policies

Please refer to each store's individual policies. These are found on your receipt and posted in the store. You can inquire with our in-store sales associates further during the holiday season. 

  • Our pop-up markets are exchange ONLY. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and untarnished.
  • Merchandise must have all boxes and printed materials.
  • Custom sized merchandise cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges must be made at the respective pop-up location from which it was purchased.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned at any pop-up location.
  • All custom-sizing orders must be sent to our studio and shipped to either home or work via UPS
